Members are trying to log into my forum but it's coming up with a message saying over capacity. This is obviously across everything not just mine as my forum is very small. Are you able to advise when this will be fixed?
this was affecting a portion of our customers. It's now fixed and we're taking steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
