How can I cancel my Vanilla subscription?
There doesn't seem to be an option on your website?
It looks like you also sent this question to support, so its been handled over email.
For reference, you can cancel your account from your account page:
Click the particular community you'd like to manage.
Afterwards, there will be an option to cancel on the under the subscription information.
Note, canceling your account also immediately terminates the community. Please be sure you are ready to close out the account and have alerted your users or requested backup from support (email@example.com) if needed.
