Integration with Salesforce
if a prospective customer creates an account on vanilla, how can I synch that email address with a lead or contact in salesforce?
is there some kind of integration around that?

Yes I saw your documentation on this.
But it's not about escalating manually an issue into a salesforce case.
What I am trying to do is automate the creation of a new account on vanilla to a lead in salesforce
