Still being billed despite closing forum months prior?

My account "Current Subscriptions" shows :

Below you will find a list of all of your sites on Vanilla Forums as well as your subscription pricing information. If you ever want to change a plan on one of your sites you can do it from this page at any time.

You don't currently have any account information with Vanilla Forums.

But looking back over my card statements for the past few months I have see that I have been charged by Vanilla Forums.

How can I go about correcting this situation and see a refund for the time that "You don't currently have any account information with Vanilla Forums."

    I've refunded the charges and ensured that billing is no longer active. Sorry about this, hopefully this clears things up :)
